STAGING FOR THE
INAUGURATION:
Jan 2009
On January 7, 2009, prior to leaving for a visit to Atlanta, I
received an inquiry about completely furnishing a 3-storey,
4-bedroom townhome located on I Street NE for the
inauguration.
I submitted a quote as requested, deciding that (worse case scenario), I
could fly back early. Since I didn't hear back from the realtor, I
figured the project was a no-go. That is, until my cell
phone rang at noon while I was waiting to board my return flight
on the 13. Occupancy would be January 16, at noon. |
|
Having just 72 hours left, I told them I would see what I could do
and immediately (after prayer!!) called my team. By 11:30 p.m.
on Thursday (60.5 hours later), the townhome was beautifully furnished
and
accessorized, with four beds made, pantry and fridge stocked,
coffee maker/toaster, iron/ironing board, cleaning products,
and toiletries in place. Mission
accomplished!

REMODEL OF A 2-STOREY
PENTHOUSE:
March
2009
by LYNN CHEVALIER &
GARNER CUSTOM BUILDERS
In March of 2009,
Staged Right was hired by an
investor to assist in the renovation of a wonderful 2-storey
penthouse just across the river from Washington DC. Although
the space had breathtaking of views of the Washington
Monument, Capitol Dome and Potomac River, it lacked character.
By opening up the rooms and selecting fixtures and finishes
that complemented the skyline, the interior
of the condo became just as exquisite as the view.
